These are crochet hooks my hubby made me out of chopsticks!! they are so pretty!!

Well been busy making things for christmas trinkets from me to someone out there.We had a nice Thanksgiving and now the torture of decorating the house has begun. haahaha fighting the kids with the lights when trying to hang them and then telling one of them to get down off the step ladder so I can get down and so forth.

Last night baked little package of ginger cookies boy they are good. although forgot about them when I had some coffee this morning.oh well maybe tomorrow morning.

Well off to get more done and get ready for tomorrow cleaning neighbors job once aweek.

Blah Blah Blahs from Nov

Today spent sewing some things and then trying to clean up some stuff. That didnt get very far with the boys. They seem to make a path destruction right behind me.
Did make some cookies well just baked them .Halloween the store had pillsbury sugar cookies with chocolate cats in the middle reduced to 99 cents so got the only 3 left so baked 2 of them they are really cute cookies and not to bad.
When all of them are alseep tonight going to finish cutting out the pants for the little one.Figure get them all cut out then just have to sit and sew them all up one less step with 6 extra hands trying to help me.
I realized today that the boys might just wear slippers if Icrocheted them some since they were taking turns puttng on the ones I made for there sister for halloween.Which is YEAH!!
My snowman basket that I am crocheting is about 2/3 done and my angel is about 1/3 done she is coming out big!!! Since I am using a c hook and finger weight yarn which is great since I want her to sit somewhere.
Think going to start next year with collecting snowman since I have a few things already think it would be cute having them jolly faces popping around here and here!
Since I washed my angel lace thingys I made I havent put them back up in the opening of the walkway going into the kitchen area. geuss just too lazy to climb up on the ladder and do it. But here in few more weeks be putting up christmas lights so I might just wait until then. ahahaa
They can stay cleaner from dust that way!!
Love them cheap hoop earrings that you get from the dollar stores well these are 1.30 but you get like 6 pairs been crocheting some whacky things onto them.Thinking about doing some christmas ones already did some burnt turkey ones but they look more like owls.since I didnt have brown but I got to thinking I have some brown embordairy(sp)thread in brown going to make some turkey butt ones. have to see what I can come up with.
WELL HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE TONIGHT!!
I dont talk politics so that is all I am going to say on the matter! I even took a copy off the computer of him and the saying that he is president so that down the road to show the kids.

This was my sons 3rd birthday party yesterday! Even the dog got into the act!

Crochetville meeting!!

Sunday I had a BLAST!! I made arrangements for crochetluvknot from crochetville to come and pick me up and we took off and went to red lobster and met with follow crochet poeple from crochetville that lives here in az! One that came here to visit her sister from newyork.It was great time.. laughing and gabbin and eating and gabbin and laughing it was like we had been friends forever and havent seen each other in long time.

saturday I finally got to talk to my 21yr old daughter that is a problem child since she was 15.I could go on and on about that but she was acting all hunky doey on the phone to me.. She is 81/2months pregnant with her second. Different fathers. and so forth. well its been months. she hasnt had a phone she moved from her address. I've been trying to get through at her work to no avail. So last night I get really GREAT email from her telling me what awful mother I have been to her and so forth.To make no contact with her or HER FAMILY. I have been bawling me eyes out ever since. I have made the up coming baby afghan,outfit and hats and some adorable red sneaker booties that I guess now will just sit in a bag until someone needs them.This Child has done alot to me when I was going through a divorce with her step father. She played me and him against each other kept me from talking to my other children when I called she would hang up and so forth. I lost my mother 2 yrs ago and I paid 1300.for her to come out to her funeral and then gave her 500. to help with bills when she had her last baby!Sometimes it just doesnt pay to get up in the mornings. WELL then on crochetville a lady posted an email tha someone sent her and I was reading her blog and really give me lift up.. So glad that I know some of the wonderful poeple that have some inspirational testaments to share with others who are lead to them!!!

Good to be back online since we had to make the choice of eating or electric or cable.. well you cant do cable without electric so that won.Thanks to a great friend from crochetville who posted my pic of my games stars and snowflakes when I got them done.cell phone are great with a camera and for sending pics and messages when the internet is down. lol but now since I paid for the cable the cellphone has lost its messages until a couple of weeks. oh well.. these are tough times! atleast me and my family arent living on the streets!Husband still has his job. my neighbor is off of work for 3weeks do to the eco problem they are over produced and not having customers.he works in a plastic conditainer plant.I am cleaning my olders neighbors home once aweek now so that helps alittle.. If I my husband worked at different shift I would have a job working at nights at the local supermarket.That would be great if opening came on days for hubby.Time well tell.
Everyone in the faily is doing great though. Caitlynn is walking running around and getting her hands into everything the boys are leading her too. Joy JOY JOY!!But she is a cutie she is rippin off her daiper and headin for the bathroom already!! YAY!!
crochet news I am comission to my husbands work to do 10 headset earpieces since the headsets cost 400 some dollars these earpieces that I make of 100 cotton absorb the sweat from the heat in the plant and are helping with saving them from being ruined and keeping the guys from getting ear rashes from the headset!! YAY hoping that it my lead into something else.. also got rewarded with a shirt from them for doing the design of alligator with paper for the shirts.lol a couple of years ago I came up with idea of how to do there labeling they are using that. ahahhaahaa told my husband that I wouldnt be employeed there long if I actually had to work with anyone in person!! Since I would tell them how it really is! ahahhaa

ponytail holder thick ouchless type.



3 month size to 12+ months
chain 20 or (27)


DC in the 3rd ch from hook and dc each ch to the end.dc in last ch 4 times and pivot work the bottom side of each dc with a dc .join with sl st to the 3rd ch3.
2)ch3 dc in each dc all the way around and join with sl st to the 3rd ch in the ch3.
3)ch4 *skip 1 dc and dc in the next dc,ch1* repeat from* to *around join with sl st to the 3rd ch from the ch4.
4) ch1 sc through the next st and ponytail holder.working with ponytail holder inside of the slipper. sc in ch1 sps and dc joining the ponytail holder as you go. Join with a sl st to first sc and fasten off. weave in loose ends.

small amout of ribbon or yarn to make the harness and bow

hot glue gun

Special Stitches:Beg Shell: work (ch 3, 2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in indicated st.
Shell: work (3 dc, ch 3, 3 dc) in indicated st.
Rnd 1) Ch 4, (2 dc) in 4th ch from hook (first 3 chs skipped count as first dc), ch 3; (3 dc, ch 3) 3 times in same ch; join with a sl st to 4th ch of beg ch 4: 12 dc/4 ch 3-sps.


Rnd 2) Sl st in next 2 dc and into the ch3 sp :beg shell in same sp see special sts,* (2 dc) in next dc, (3 dc) in next dc, (2 dc) in next dc, shell in next ch3 sp*, repeat around ending with (2dc)in last dc; join with a sl st to 3rd ch of beg ch 3:

With glue gun or thread. tack one end of the ribbon in place then wrap it around the nose of the horse and the other side
tack in place. place eyes above the harness and below the eyes. as in this picture

glue or tack down small piece ribbon on the long side of the horsey as in the picture and make a bow for the end of the tail. You are now done.

To make the mane a different color using about 2 in of yarn cut around 13 of them.Fold one strand in half and push hook through sc below the ear and pull the folded half of the strand through, now with the loop on the hook,hook the two ends with hook and pull through the loop. like in latch hook.

well time is sure flying by this month.MY kids are getting cabin fever as they just go out little bit and play since its been so warm.Since we havent had the money or time to go get the plates replaced on the truck yet.
Seems like the harder my hubby the works the more grocery bill is and cant get ahead.
well this past week I have accomplished 2 babyhats,pair of baby booties sneakers,baby onesie to go with one of the hats and working the afghan to go with it still have a couple more dinos to make to put on it.Tested a beautiful square for a lady crojulee@crochtvillegoing to make piullow out of it for grandaughter ..well that about does it for now.

okie dokie not much going on around here. just hanging aound the old house looking at all that is starting to break.lol well all this week the top of my ring fall off, kitchen drawer that holds the silverware decided to fall apart all sides. the computer monitor went out. now the tv is doing whacky things like going loud then soft then no sound the menu keeps poppin up.So well new tv soon.One bathroom sink doesnt work the drain is broke. new pipes for that coming soon. glad we have another bathroom.atleast the weather hasnt been extrremely hot just humid. But today is was little warmer and tomorrow suppose to be warmer still so that is now gone back to hot weather again. lol well off to go and do something else

Simply Recycled Yarn Holder

supplies needed:

small amount of WW yarn

G hook

Hole punch

1-2ltr empty bottle pop

Start by cutting the 2 liter bottle in half.Then with the hole punch,punch out 26 holes around the opening.Using the base of the bottle as a stand.With G hook push through hole and start yarn by pulling it through and doing a chain one.then sc in same hole. Sc all around in each hole and join with a sl st in first sc.Ch 1 and SC all around and sl st in first sc.. finish off.You now have a holder for your yarn and hook and even hold your small work that you are working on!Its great between the legs its flexible.please don't sell my pattern or claim as your own somewhere else.thanks

Well here it is made it to friday!
I have to say to everyone that reads my blog that I give birth to 10 children but in a nasty divorce lost custody of 5 of them 2 of them married.3 live with me.That is my prayer that some day we will all be together again!My ex-husband has them in michigan area.I dont see them I dont have contact with them. I didnt even know that he moved with them and I dont get any infor from the state.I wont go there with that!
When I lived 12 miles from them he wouldnt let them call me If I called it went unanswered volidated all the divorce rules.
He is a very mind controlling person.He actually locked me in the basement and I got the door opened and he held it shut with my fingers in it and called 911 on me as he was hitting himself with a hairbrush telling them I was beating him.I even had a witness to that.I had to beg with him in front of a cps person to get my oldest daughter phone number so that I could call her since he wouldnt let me talk to her at all when she called since he was mad that she moved out when she turned 18.So he turned all the kids against her and wouldnt let any of us have contact. There is a whole lot more to this story.`His family wont tell me where they are or anything just a very upsetting event.When my mother died I actually found letters where his mother and him sent to her saying that they are taking care of everything I still lived in the same house as HIM.He tried to get even my own family against me like I was some kind of crazed woman.So I Just keep counting down the minutes and hours and days and years of when one of them will contact me.When poeple dont know the whole story that think WHAT KIND OF PERSON is SHE!WHo would go to another state and leave her children behind.Well when you are being HEARTBROKEN every day in your face. When you know they are home and they cant come to the door!Then you have to make a decussion in your life to move on alittle and live with the hope that one day god be willing it will fall into place.
So I did remarry to a man and we have 3 little ones together. I do spoil them.I now have grandchildren to call and look at there pictures and one day hoping to move closer to them.Be there now if it wasnt for the housing prices of selling your home.
I feel sorry for these men and woman that lose custody of there children when they are good poeple because it comes down to a judge that decides the outcome of your life in a divorce.
WEll I geuss I did go on and on with this!

Well today is somewhat of a blah day.Just hanging around the house doing much of nothing.Ready to go to bed! But the little one is still up.

Made my neighbor who I dont know except just a hi here and there a pair of baby booties today since she is due anytime now.Just stuck them in her mailbox and then ran into her son at the dumpster and told him there was something for his mother in there.She probably thinks I am nuts.lol

This use to be such a fun neighbor with the pool parties in the summer time and everyone meeting at someones house over weekends and the holidays where spent with each other that didnt have relations around.But times have changed now and everyone is older and busy and so things like that dont happen anymore.

I thought it would be somewhat different when Imoved back here. my mother was in poor health but I didnt think she would die so fast after a year of us being here.But I look back glad that I got that chance to be with her.

Think I am just getting extremely bored here now. I dont have any poeple my own age to be around. Just in the house 24/7 since someone stole our licenses plate and that is going to be a long wait at the DMV to get things in order now. My husband job has him working strange hours so there hasnt been any room to get it fixed.The poeple at the crochetville on the internet must be getting sick of seeing my name on eveything.LOL

Well anyways, this pass sunday we had cake and ice cream for the baby's birthday.This weekend is my husband birthday.He is suppose to have it off but not counting my chickens.

Today is my little ones Birthday!Were having cake and ice cream Sunday when Daddy is off of work!She was a surprise but she has brighten my days!Nothing in this world that compares to the love thata child gives you!
It was great day to sew considering it is still 113 at 7 pm.SO patting me on the back to finally get the machine out!I made my daughter the dress below which took me awhile since I had to first try the one sewing machine it didnt work bobbin problem then I had to dig out my portable.Still have another one to sew up.Waiting until some of them take a NAP!
Well off I go to do something with the boys!
